I am feeling really nostalgic, obviously. Since I’ve been re-watching Felicity, my thoughts on the Ben or Noel cliff-hanger from Season 1 (and even beyond) have changed a little bit. The first time around, I was definitely hoping Felicity picked Ben, and I definitely was not concentrating on how she had wronged her supposed best friend Julie. As I watched the whole first season unfold again, all I could think was that Felicity was betraying two close friends (one of which was a boyfriend). Why didn’t I feel more sympathy for Noel or Julie during the first viewing?
